About the Founder
Michael Harrison is a licensed real estate broker in practice since 1998. Equistone Partners was founded to assist clients in the negotiation of leases, lease restructures, lease renewals, lease terminations, asset valuations, asset acquisitions, asset marketing, asset branding and repositioning. The Equistone team's dedication to service excellence differentiates Equistone Partners from its competitors. Recognizing the role real estate can play in addressing global challenges, Equistone is a Carbon Neutral company, and consults with building owners and companies who desire to construct environmentally-friendly buildings and "green" commercial interiors. Equistone Partners delivers value through structuring mutually beneficial relationships for institutional and private owners and developers, using technology to closely integrate broker and client decision-making.
Michael is also a principal at Graham Street Realty, a full service Acquisitions Company focused on office and industrial asset acquisitions. Graham Street principals have purchased over one billion dollars of real estate in the last 7 years and own 45 properties in 14 states.
Michael Harrison assists philanthropic and non-profit organizations throughout the Bay Area to build stronger communities. The organizations include: Urban Ecology, Special Olympics, California Workers Compensation Institute (CWCI), Salem Communications, AIDS Project of the East Bay (APEB) and Vital Life Services.
