The Challenge AMGEN was in need of assistance in acquiring a real estate partner outside of the United States to evaluate their real estate portfolio, most notably, to initiate the acquisition of a new office facility in Athens, Greece. Their competitors were already settled in the highly competitive marketplace.

The Solution Michael Harrison was selected by AMGEN as their partner to coordinate the strategy of acquiring their new facility and evaluating the alternatives. After choosing a local real estate representative in Greece to oversee the assignment, Michael successfully executed the process of their newly acquired lease acquisition, reporting to an 11-person management team and the director of facilities.
