The Challenge Keller Williams Realty required a new location to take advantage of the rapidly growing marketplace in Santa Rosa, California.

The Solution Equistone Partners was retained by International Equity Ventures (IEV) to secure space in the Santa Rosa Area. We executed seamlessly and continues to be an investor-partner in the Market Center.

Disposition

The Challenge Equistone Partners was employed by Keller Williams/IEV to acquire a new location in Marin, California. Twenty-four months after successfully implementing a plan to obtain a new facility, the residential market dipped considerably and the Market Center was in need of a reduction in operating costs to survive.

The Solution Equistone Partners worked alongside Keller Williams/IEV attorneys and the landlord to terminate the existing lease and relinquish future rental obligations.

KELLER WILLAMS: OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA

The Challenge Equistone Partners was acquired by Keller Williams/IEV to attain a new location in Oakland, California. There was a moratorium on ground floor residential real estate offices in the city.

The Solution We worked to find a solution to this issue by teaming with the city and the landlord to secure a facility in the desired location. The solution was a 2nd floor presence with a ground floor showcase for Keller Williams’ listings. We deciphered the issues and secured the space on behalf of Keller Williams/IEV.
